Teresa Schell

Graduating in 1994 from the University of Milwaukee, Teresa Schell started her professional business career with Engineered Products, an organization of manufacturers’ representative firm which sold mechanical components (investment castings, die castings, metal stampings and plastics) to OEM markets.

In 2005 she advanced to Plastic Components, Inc. as the first Marketing Manager for the company. Deploying best practice tools has awarded Plastic Components, Inc. recognition in industry trade magazines and state-wide manufacturing awards; most honorably the 2008 Processor of the Year by PlasticsNews magazine and 2009 WI Manufacturer of the Year.

Benefiting from area associations, BMA (Business Marketing Association) and AMA (American Marketing Association), Teresa has expanded her networking and resources to achieve industry trends. Teresa is also actively involved in the local Manufacturers Alliance Group which is a dedicated group of Germantown area business professionals whose goal is to increase and improve community awareness of manufacturing’s impact on local education, labor, and economics. Teresa has increased the impact of marketing for small manufacturing companies by speaking at: Plastics Benchmarking Conferences, 2007, 2008; Molding 2007 & Molding 2009 Conference; Survival Boot Camp sponsored by PlasticsNews, 2008.
